The All Progressives Congress (APC)
candidate at today’s gubernatorial election in Kogi state, Abubakar
Audu, has successfully cast his vote, and has said he will win the
election.
This is coming following the glitches which his counterpart in the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Idris Wada and wife encountered during their accreditation, where the card reader rejected their Permanent Voter Cards (PVC).
After casting his vote, the APC candidate expressed satisfaction over the exercise, noting also that he is optimistic of winning the election to deliver the dividends of democracy to the people of Kogi.
The issue however resolved, as the pair were made to fill the
incidence form to carry out a manual accreditation as the incumbent
stormed out of the accreditation venue.
